Description

We are looking for a high-performing Team Leader to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.


You will be working closely with the Sales Director to achive bellow:

Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including, training, setting performance goals, and conducting performance evaluations.

Sales Planning:
Create sales plans, forecasts, and budgets, and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales performance.

Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients and key accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.

Sales Process Improvement:
Continuously refine and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that support sales efforts.

Performance Metrics:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess and report on the team's performance against these metrics.

Contract Negotiation:
Lead and support the negotiation of sales contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.

Market Research:
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and relevant legislation to make informed sales decisions.

Compliance:
Ensure that the sales team complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that support sales efforts.


Requirements and skills

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Salary:
From AED5,000.00 per month
