Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager for our Consumer Trading team to deliver initiatives new features functionalities enhancements Work closely with key stakeholders to gather feedback and communicate roadmap Define and develop detailed product business analysis requirements Perform User Acceptance Testing ensure requirements were understood implemented as requested Develop product documentation specifications wireframes process flows Take ownership over the product ensure business continuity by collaborating Finance Operations teams Evangelize power analytics experimentation building data-driven organization Evaluate new product opportunities bring forward proposals products engage consumers Facilitate communication across project phases proactively alert management issues changes scope timelines resourcesThe Product Manager will have strong understanding retail trading landscape user behavior experience building retail products stocks cryptocurrencies derivatives Prior crypto trading banking experience required Expertise data gathering quantitative analysis SQL data visualization tools Solution oriented highly-motivated proactive self-starter Macro-to-micro versatility strategic mindset keen attention detail Well-rounded interpersonal skills experience interacting diverse personalities Outstanding organizational communication skills ability balance multiple priorities Nice to haves Experience scaling subscription products pricing strategy feature gating churn management Proven ability drive product-led growth activation retention monetization loops This job accepting ongoing applications application deadline.
