- Ensuring that project outcomesmeet the required technicalstandards.

- Managing projectprofitability and financial contribution for allocatedprojects
- Accountable for the overall success ofprojects won or allocated. This includes managing timeliness,contract negotiation, project management, quality, projectfinancial performance, risk management, communication and scopemanagement of the projects.
- Actively contributeto the ongoing development of engineering excellence within theteam and help to create a culture of excellence and continuousimprovement within engineering design and supervision of projectwork.
- Ensuring that excellent technicalstandards are working in the design, documentation and supervisionof project work.
- Managing and directingbusiness opportunities, develop new ideas and seek to provideincreasingly efficient and effective high qualityservice.
- Leading and developing technicalcapability by developing and delivering technicalsolutions.
