Core AccountabilitiesSupport the VP Information Security in executing and monitoring large and complex Cybersecurity projects and initiatives across the CompanyMeasure analyze and manage the change in the cybersecurity projects through their lifecycle.
Report on project status and identify potential synergies or conflicts with other projectsControl projects and expectations using variables scope resources time cost and quality; report and escalate to the VP Information Security as neededManage changes to the scope schedule and/or costs of all small to midsize Cybersecurity projects using appropriate verification techniquesPrepare review and approve comprehensive Cybersecurity project documentation in coordination with the Project Managers from service providers.
Ensure all Cybersecurity projects are delivered ontime within scope and budgetUnderstand senior management
s business strategy and provide project related recommendations for cost effective solutions/deliveryPrepare performance dashboards for Information Security functionSupporting Accountabilities Should have experience in managing a complex multistream book of work helping to define and deliver on a longterm strategy planNeeds an appreciation of enterprise infrastructure technology and detailed knowledge in at least one particular technology paradigmIs a delivery leader with strong technical background detail driven have excellent problemsolving abilities and is a clear and confident communicator with the ability to secure buyin at all levels across a widerange of internal and external stakeholdersClear and confident communicator with the ability to secure buyin at all levels across a widerange of internal and external stakeholdersHas proven ability to prioritize and organize effectively to operate strategically and independently and to drive tactical execution based on multiple priorities.

s Degree in Cyber/Information Security IT or other related fieldsCertification in Information Security related subject is preferable e.g.
CISM CISSPProject Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification is requiredKey SkillsMS OfficeStrong understanding of key Cybersecurity and technology conceptsKnowledge of Cybersecurityspecific technical requirements (e.g.
best practice legislation and regulation methodologies systems third party providers)Proficiency in the English languageExperience
Minimum 5 years supporting project management deliverables in a function related toInformation Security or Information Technology
Experience in UAE or Middle East is desirable Education
Bachelor
s or Master
s Degree in Cyber/Information Security, IT, or other related fields,
Certification in Information Security related subject is preferable e.g. CISM, CISSP
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification is required Key Skills
MS Office
Strong understanding of key Cybersecurity and technology concepts
Knowledge of Cybersecurity-specific technical requirements (e.g. best practice, legislation and regulation, methodologies, systems, third party providers)
