    On behalf of our client one ofthe largest integrated real estate consultancies in the region weare seeking dynamic and visionary Senior Managers / Managers withintheir Strategic Advisory & DevelopmentSolutions department to spearheadstrategic initiatives foster client relationships and drive projectsuccess.

    The idealcandidate should possess practical real estate consultingexperience from high tier real estate companies or Big 4 consultingfirms demonstrating a strong aptitude for strategic thinking andbusiness development

    You should have advancedknowledge and technical skills in completing feasibility studieshighest and best use engagements market assessments benchmarkingstudies amongst other consulting assignments across various assettypes in sectors like Entertainment Sports F & B andRetail.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    KeyAccount Management / ClientRetention:

    Manage key clientexpectations address any issues promptly and identify new businessopportunities within existing accounts.

    Ensureprojects stay on track and adhere to agreed deadlines effectivelymanaging resources and people. Maintain strong client relationshipsby transparently communicating any changes to projectplans.

    Networking:

    Developa strong network of business professionals to foster new businessopportunities and manage ongoing projectseffectively.

    Problem SolvingInnovation and ContinuousImprovement:

    Continuously seekways to improve organizational effectiveness develop new businesschannels and establish strategicpartnerships.

    Address technical commercial orpeoplerelated issues as they arise providing appropriatesolutions.

    BusinessDevelopment:

    Prospect and qualifypotential projects aligning them with the companys businessofferings and preparing proposals with guidance frommanagement.

    Financial Modeling andAnalysis:

    Review and manage marketand financial feasibility studies complex financial models andvaluations providing recommendations asneeded.

    ProjectManagement:

    Build and manageproject teams ensuring key deliverables are met within agreeddeadlines. Monitor project progress ensure adherence to scope ofwork and maintain updated clientinformation.

    TransactionalAssignments:

    Prepare marketingdocuments deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders andmanage transactionalprocesses.

    Research Papers andPublications:

    Recommend researchpaper topics gather necessary information and contribute torelevantpublications.

    Reporting:

    Provideregular feedback to management on operational issues compliance andvariances to targets.

    StakeholderManagement:

    Engage with clientsbankers and regulatory authorities to garner support and obtainnecessary information for projectsuccess.

    Accounts ReceivablesManagement:

    Maintain cash flow byachieving debtor day targets agreed with the executiveteam.

    PeopleManagement:

    Set goals for teammembers identify training needs and provide developmentopportunities to fostergrowth.

    InterdepartmentalCollaboration:

    Keep otherdivisions informed of current projects to explore crosssellingopportunities.

    BrandAmbassadorship:

    Promote thecompany through various channels including media appearancesconferences and social media positioning the organization as athought leader in theindustry.

    Requirements:

    1. Minimum10 years of extensive experience with a proven track record ofpractical consulting in hightier real estate companies or Big 4firms.
    2. Must have around 1824 months experiencein a managerial role.
    3. Experience managingaccounts in UAE and KSA regions.
    4. Candidatesbilingual in Arabic and English arepreferred.
