ABOUT THE ROLE

Additional responsibilities include:

1. Content
a. Assisting in creating a content strategy for different business units and different channels

b. Assist with presentations, reports, calendars, etc.

c. Assist with product and market analysis, gather input from multi-functional team to recommend corrective actions for a specific category/initiative


2. Digital and Social Media
a. Assist in creating a social media calendar for all channels

b. Assist with leading the digital marketing on products (visibility, content. local partnerships, etc.)

c. Assist in creating employer branding-focused posts

d. Come up with new ideas for engaging content to showcase the brand as a great place to work

e. Create social media posts on Canva


3. Others
a. Assist with campaign briefs and follow up on execution

b. Assist with co-developing market and initiative reviews

c. Assist with internal and social events

d. Efficiently perform ad hoc tasks as directed


Requirements:


Other qualifications include:

  • Marketing Diploma / Degree
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have experience of Canva or other design tools
  • Some marketing experience will be an added advantage
  • Know how to collaborate well across teams and business partners
  • Have a strong Brand Management interest/passion
  • Like to bring creativity & innovation to your work
  • Have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Must have meticulous attention to detail and follows instructions
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to stay organized and multitask in a professional and efficient manner
  • Must be able to adhere to strict deadlines and turnaround times
  • Provides prompt and courteous customer service
  • Applicant must have highly effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to complete assignments independently with mínimal supervision
