Proposal Coordinator Jobs In Dubai | TendiAbout the jobThe Proposal Coordinator is responsible for responding to RFIs/RFP/ RFQ/ Tenders; maintaining and updating company content; managing project timelines; and providing Sales Support.

The Proposal Coordinator works directly with Sales and the Sales Support Team to deliver accurate, competitive, and custom content for each RFI and RFP response.

The Proposal Coordinator supports all Regional opportunities and producesat least30 proposals a month.
Qualifications· Fluent English with an emphasis on writing.

Additional languages a plus· Minimum Bachelor's Degree (English, Communications, or Business preferred)· 2+ years of editing or writing experience (Grants, Bidding responses, etc...)

· Previous experience with marketing, customer service, and/or sales is preferred· Strong skills in Time Management and Project Management are required· Must have experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat· Must be detail oriented, able to read for extended periods of time, understand and follow complex instructions, and meet deadlines
