    Description
    Seeking a Technical Writer towork directly with Product Owners, business SMEs, and data analyststo assist in understanding and writing supporting

    Work directly with Product Owners, business SMEs, and data analyststo assist in understanding and writing supporting documents
    o This includes both technicaland business runbooks
    Ability tounderstand complex technical and business concepts and documentthem in an easy to navigate and consumemanner
    Ability to analyze andunderstand complex data models
    Build and maintain effective working relationships with ProductOwners, SMEs, developers, TeamLeads
    Gather information fromsubject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write proceduremanuals, technical specifications, and processdocumentation
    Expect to own thecreation of maintenance of the followingartifacts:
    o Businessrunbooks
    o technicalrunbooks
    o Data flowdiagrams
    o Productmanuals
    o Userguides
    o APIdocumentation
    o SDKdocumentation
    o JAD sessionnotes
    o Architecturetemplates
    o
    Work with development andsupport leads to identify documentation repositories, revise andedit, and determine best solutions for data compilation andcentralized storage
    Research,create, and maintain information architecture templates that adhereto organizational and legal standards and allow for easy datamigration
    Develop content inalternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistentvoice across alldocumentation
