Description
Work on own initiative without full detailed supervision or direction.

  • Ensures the quality of the work completed by both subordinates and externally contracted staff, adheres to the standards of engineering practices
  • Creates Purchase Requests for processing of LPO for Suppliers
  • To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require.
  • Ensure that Operational problems are promptly brought to the attention of the Site Engineer.
  • Supervising the installation of new areas and the remodeling of existing areas. Knowledgeable in the procurement of required materials, orders necessary supplies, and materials required
  • Erect movable & immovable staging to gain access to difficult areas
  • Provide assistance to semiskilled or unskilled workers.
  • Clean up job site after work and maintain clean work environment.
  • Leads and controls Contractors, skilled labor and work crews engaged in all activities concerned with the aspects of the civil works of the project.
  • Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of works.
  • Assist Site Engineer to evaluate productivity/Performance of workforce.
  • Assist QA/QC inspectors to carry out inspections.
  • Ensures work crews are properly supplied with tools, equipment, and materials. Prevents wastage and misuse of equipment, materials, and tools.
  • Commands respect of workforce and develop excellent working relationships with all other department personnel as well as client management.
  • Supervise work crews to best utilize manpower and materials, exercise discipline at the worksite to prevent absenteeism and unsafe work practices.
  • Coordinate with Surveyor for lines and levels.

Requirement:


  • Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in UAE
  • Any Nationality can apply

Job Types:

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
