Sales Account Manager (ICT Solutions)

Principal Accountabilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives in the ICT and ELV sectors.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Understand client requirements and challenges and propose suitable ICT and ELV solutions to address their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including presales, technical, and project management teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services and expand our network.

Work Experience:


  • 10+ years' experience in sales with enterprise customers & contractors.
  • Strong understanding of ICT and ELV products, services, and solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • UAE driving license mandatory.

Skills:


  • Proven experience in account management.
  • Strong understanding of the ICT/MSP industry, including IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and credibly influence people at all levels.
  • Proven experience in the delivery of solutions that are clientfocused and based on the needs of customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple projects.

Additional Requirements:


  • Previous experience in System Integrator industries is highly desirable.

Salary:
Up to AED20,000.00 per month
