Work Schedule:
Shift Basis - 6 Days per week_

Responsibilities:

- _Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service, exceptional food quality, and a welcoming ambiance for guests._
- _Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of servers, hosts, chefs, and support staff to maintain a high standard of service excellence._
- _Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability while maintaining cost controls._
- _Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and adherence to all food safety and hygiene standards._
- _Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels to minimize wastage and ensure proper supply levels at all times._
- _Handle customer feedback and concerns with professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction._
- _Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to guarantee a safe and secure environment for both staff and customers._
- _Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork, open communication, and a culture of continuous improvement._

Requirements:

- _
Min 5 years' experience _as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in _
Dubai Mall._
- _Fluency in _
Arabic language_
- _Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team._
- _Strong business acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control._
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities._
- _Passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences._
- _In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations._
- _Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to a fast-paced environment._
- _Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred._
