    As an IT Project Manager, your primaryresponsibility will be to lead and manage complex IT projectswithin the organization. You will oversee the entire projectlifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and delivery.Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams,stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.Additionally, you will provide strategic guidance, mentorship, andleadership to junior project managers and teammembers.

    Responsibilities:

    ProjectLeadership andStrategy:

    • Providestrategic guidance and leadership in the planning, execution, anddelivery of IT projects in the healthcare industry, aligning themwith organizational goals andobjectives.
    • Define project scope, objectives,and success criteria, ensuring they meet the specific needs andrequirements of the UAE healthcarelandscape.
    • Develop and implement projectmanagement methodologies, best practices, and standards to driveefficiency and ensure projectsuccess.

    ProjectPlanning andExecution:

    • Lead thedevelopment of comprehensive project plans, including timelines,resource allocation, and budget estimation, while considering localregulations and healthcarepractices.
    • Coordinate and manage projectactivities, ensuring adherence to project plans, while effectivelymitigating risks and resolving issues that mayarise.
    • Foster collaboration and communicationamong cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to achieveprojectgoals.

    StakeholderManagement:

    • Engage andbuild strong relationships with key stakeholders, includinghealthcare professionals, executives, and IT teams, whileconsidering cultural norms and hierarchies in theUAE.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuringeffective communication, and facilitating decision-making processesthroughout the project lifecycle.
    • Collaboratewith stakeholders to identify and address emerging needs, changes,and risks, while providing appropriate solutions andrecommendations.

    RiskManagement andCompliance:

    • Identifyand assess project risks, dependencies, and compliancerequirements, specifically within the UAE healthcareindustry.
    • Develop and implement risk mitigationstrategies, ensuring compliance with local healthcare regulations,data protection laws, and privacystandards.
    • Collaborate with compliance andlegal teams to navigate regulatory challenges, ensuring projectactivities align with applicable laws andregulations.
