Responsibilities:

Oversee all regional interaction with Qatar end users, Contractors, MEA Customer service team, impact partners & sales teams to ensure service requirements are met to the highest standards with a particular focus on continuous improvement.

Coordinate with Qatar LCS Team, Sales Team, Emerson PMs, Logistics team, Dopet Service & Depot team, QG & Contractors Projects Team for scheduling and availability of resources.

Create and maintain daily schedules for Depot and field servicesCommunicates regional forecasted demand requirements and escalates in advance.

Ensuring a robust demand management process is in place and maintained to achieve 100% customer service level simultaneously driving to meet Emerson's operational/financial goals.

Ensure unique reference numbers are maintained and tracked throughout quote to cash processProvide information on the status of orders / progress to Customers / LBP for Depot and field services.

Collaborates with supervisors and Engineers to receive schedules in a timely manner and avoid scheduling issues.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent industry experience in managing O&G project installation & commissioning activities for field instrumentsDemonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum 5 years of final control element experienceMinimum 5 years in LCS with STOs, installation and commissioning experienceAdministration and organizational skillsIT skillsCRM awarenessAbility to multi-task
