    • Submission
    • Revenue Operations is responsible to:Ensure claims are validated in Post Office (DOH / DHA), generate pre submission report for interdepartmental verification, and post submission report for client confirmation.

    Ensure submission of eClaims in Post Office, identify hard copy submissions, and submission via mail on need basis in compliance with payer-provider-regulatory SLAs.

    Record and report monthly received vs submitted claim count and value.
    This role may require working in shifts.
