Job Summary:

A top-tier International law firm based in Dubai is seeking a Restructuring Partner with a background in Corporate Restructuring. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate law with expertise in restructuring and insolvency, and experience of leading a team and being involved in the strategic growth of a practice area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation for clients in financial restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy cases.
• Handle complex debt restructuring, distressed asset sales, and corporate insolvency matters.
• Leading the negotiations, creditor agreements, and reorganization plans.
• Work on a variety of restructuring and insolvency transactions across different industries and sectors.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers within the firm's well-established Corporate Department.
• Growing and developing a strong billing team.

Requirements:

• Strong background in Restructuring and Corporate law.
• Exceptional legal drafting and research skills specific to Restructuring matters.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities in financial restructuring contexts.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment while managing complex restructuring cases.
