    Tocoordinate, plan and assign assessors for inspection/audit intimelymanner

    Dutiesandresponsibilities


    • Schedule and deploy assessors for job assignment 1 to 3 monthsahead
    • Coordination with sales team for any ad-hoc jobassignments
    • Liaison with stakeholders on job assignment scheduling andconfirmation
    • Flow job assignment details to assessors in timelymanner
    • Optimize monthly utilization rate forassessors
    • Complete weekly and/or monthly reports tostakeholders
    • Monitoring of submission reports byassessors
    • Any other duties as assigned bymanagement

    Requirements


    Minimumrequirements:


    • Possess minimum of Diploma andabove
    • Able to work independently and handle dynamicscheduling
    • Knowledge in Management Systems and/or Food hygiene will be anadvantage
    • Resourceful & flexible approach to work and as a teamPlayer.
    • Clear and articulate presentationability.
