    The role of the Change Analyst is key tosupporting the successful running of the Change Management process,supporting the day-to-day activities required to undertake theprocess governance, controls and reporting for each Change lead.

    The Analyst role will support all the key activities required toensure the performance of the Change process is measured andreported accurately and will be key in operating the proactivemonitoring of Change process performance, managing exceptions anderrors through to successful completion or resolution.

    The ChangeAnalyst will be key in maintaining, operating and ensuring theintegrity of the Change process Toolset, being a champion forreporting and appropriate usage throughout.

    The Change Analyst willbe key to supporting the Change leads and will act as deputy andproxy as necessary.


    High level conceptual andanalytical skills Strong written and oral communication skillsincluding the ability to deliver consultations and presentations ata senior level 3 Demonstrated experience in supporting changeinitiatives such as delivering detailed change and business impactassessments, assessing a range of change intervention options andmonitoring the progress of change and its effect.

    Demonstratedknowledge of the tools, techniques and methodologies used forchange management Strong stakeholder management, engagement andrelationship skills Prosci change management certification ordesignation/Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification orequivalent change certifications Resilient, have a high drive andare known for ability to overcome obstacles Critical thinker withinnovative problem-solving skills Track record in developing andexecuting successful training plans using traditional and moderntraining processes Well organised with excellent time managementskills
