Account Manager for Social Media Clients (with Intern Supervision)

ASAPAbout the Role: Our dynamic agency is on the lookout for an exceptional Account Manager to oversee our social media client accounts.

This exciting role encompasses not just the management of innovative social media strategies and content creation, but also the mentorship and supervision of interns.

The ideal candidate will ensure that all posting schedules are adhered to, maintaining our commitment to brand consistency and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Social Media Management:
Develop and implement robust social media strategies that align with our clients' objectives. Oversee content creation, ensuring it meets brand guidelines and voice.

Intern Supervision and Mentorship:
Guide and supervise interns, ensuring timely and quality content output. Provide constructive feedback and foster a learning environment.

Community Engagement and Complaint Resolution:
Actively manage community interactions across platforms and address customer complaints, upholding the brand's reputation.

Collaborative Campaign Development:
Work alongside marketing, branding, and design teams to create integrated campaigns. Lead brainstorming and strategy sessions.

Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor social media performance, analyze trends, adjust strategies accordingly, and report findings to stakeholders.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in English and Arabic languages (preferred).Demonstrated experience in social media management, marketing, or branding roles.
Strong project and time management skills.
Experience in mentoring or supervising team members, especially interns.


Experience and Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a knack for motivating interns and fostering teamwork.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creativity and attention to detail.
