Responsibilities:


Aluminum Frame Cutting:


  • Precisely cut and shape aluminum frames to the required specifications for access panels.
  • Ensure that cuts are accurate and within specified tolerances.
  • Maintain and calibrate cutting equipment as needed.

Gypsum Board Installation:


  • Assemble access panels by installing gypsum boards within the aluminum frames.
  • Ensure proper alignment, fit, and secure attachment of gypsum boards to the frames.
  • Conduct quality checks to verify that gypsum board installations meet production standards.

Measurement Awareness:


  • Maintain a strong awareness of measurements and adhere to precise specifications during assembly.
  • Use measuring tools and instruments to confirm that access panels meet dimensional requirements.

Production Processes:


  • Operate and maintain machinery and equipment related to the assembly process.
  • Assist in the optimization of assembly processes and efficiencies within the section.
  • Strictly follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized assembly area.
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.

Quality Control:


  • Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure that access panels meet production standards and specifications.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to the line manager.
  • Maintain detailed production records and reports.

Qualification and Physical Requirement:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to stand, lift, and operate production equipment for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to safety standards.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials and operate production machinery.
  • Comfort working in a production setting with exposure to machinery noise and environmental conditions.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
