    Responsibilities:

    • Recruiting,training, and managing food serviceemployees.
    • Scheduling employee work hours toensure that all shifts are adequatelycovered.
    • Completing payroll and maintainingemployment records.
    • Ensuring that customers areserved quality food in a timelymanner.
    • Regularly inspecting all work areas toensure compliance with food health and safetyregulations.
    • Taking inventory of food suppliesand other consumables, ordering necessary supplies as needed, andreceiving deliveries.
    • Accurately tallying allcash and charge slips.
    • Reviewing sales recordsto determine which menu items are mostprofitable.
    • Arranging cleaning and maintenanceservices including trash removal, pest control, deep cleaning, andequipment maintenance, as needed.
    • Switching offall lights and enabling the alarm system at the close ofbusiness.
