    Background, Skills &Qualifications

    • Project Management experience in atleast one of the following sectors; overseeing construction ofaccommodation and or similar facilities, operations andmaintenance, logistics, utilities (water, energy,sewage)
    • Effective communicator, both writtenand orally, with excellent interpersonalskills;
    • Collaborative working style andconsulting behaviours;
    • Ability to operateautonomously, skilled in developing and buildingrelationships;
    • Experience in the application ofproject management tools;
    • An understanding ofplanning techniques and tools, including P6 and MicrosoftProject;
    • Experience in application of a varietyof contract forms;
    • Experience of a variety ofprocurement mechanisms;
    • Able to identify clientrequirements;
    • Able to quickly learn andunderstand complex organisational structures and ways ofworking;
    • Highly computer literate includingMicrosoft Office as a minimum and a willingness to learn newprograms quickly;
    • Strong organisational skillsand attention to detail.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in an appropriatediscipline
    • Minimum fifteen (15)years' experience working in a managementenvironment.
    • Member of the Association forProject Management (MAPM);
    • ProfessionalChartership e.g. ChPP, CMgr, CEng
    • PRINCE2Practitioner.
