Job Skill Requirements:
- Ability toclearly understand the objective of Vehicle Tracking System control operations objective.
- Communicate effectively with the Company staff, drivers and contractors.
- Take proactive steps to alert drivers in case of violations.
- Understanding to read statistical information.
- Providing quick responses during emergency as per safety guidelines.
- Understand and interpret the use of GPS system for trip safety, product security, etc.
- Inform the company of any wrong doings during the trip.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must. Arabic language is an advantage.
- Software and reporting knowledge will be an advantage.
Detailed Job Description:
- Monitor vehicle movements on big screen in the Logistics and Transport Control room using the company fleet management portal.
- Monitor driving violation instances (over speeding, harsh braking, harsh acceleration, not wearing seatbelt, etc.
- Generate daily and weekly reports to send to the assigned Manager according to the agreed set of reports on truck daily movements, time spent at each location, routes for each trip, safety reports, driver reports, events reports, etc. Each report will be sent to the designated Manager.
- Analyze the reports and bring to the notice of the concerned any violations or deviations from the established procedures/guidelines.
- Make sure the system is running perfectly, no loss of data, no delays, fleet information is accurate at all times, etc.
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in control room monitoring
Salary:
From AED1.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
