General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including managing schedules, arranging appointments, and handling inquiries.
Office Management: Maintain office cleanliness and organization, manage office supplies, and ensure equipment is in working order.
Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and maintain calendars for team members as needed.
Correspondence: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, both in person and over the phone, directing inquiries to the appropriate parties.
Record Keeping: Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records, ensuring information is accurate and easily accessible.
Travel Arrangements: Assist in making travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation as needed.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes during meetings, and distribute materials to attendees.
Assistance to Management: Provide administrative support to senior management, including handling confidential information with discretion.
Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the organization.


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.

From AED3,500.00 per month
