TreasuryManagement:
Assessing/ForecastingFund requirement & raising funds for Working capital/Termloan as per the businessrequirement.
Maintainingstrong relationships withBanks/Funds.
Identifyand mitigate financial risks ensuring robust internal controls andcomplianceprocedures.
FinancialReporting:
Ensuretimely accurate and comprehensive financial reporting (Stand alone& Consolidation) in compliance with International FinancialReporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulatoryrequirements.
Presentmonthly quarterly and annual financial reports to the seniormanagement and board ofdirectors.
Regulatory&Compliance:
Stayupdated with UAEs financial regulations ensuring the companysadherence to local tax laws VAT regulations and other financialcompliancestandards.
CorporateTax exposure of Transfer pricing andconsolidation
StakeholderManagement:
InternalStakeholder:
Engagingwith Sales Engineering and SCM team for efficient policy formationwith solution orientedapproach.
ExternalStakeholders: Fostering strong relationship with Bankers AuditorsCustomers &Suppliers.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or related field. A master s inbusiness administration or finance is aplus.
Strongunderstanding of UAEs financial and regulatoryenvironment.
Proficientin advanced financial software andtools.
AdvancedExcel Skills andknowledge
Exceptionalcommunication abilities both verbal andwritten.
FluentinEnglish.
