    The Hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This includes greeting guests upon arrival, managing waitlists, and coordinating with the dining staff to provide excellent customer service.

    The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle busy situations with grace.

    Responsibilities


    • Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with information about the restaurant.
    • Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
    • Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate wait times to guests.
    • Coordinate with dining staff to ensure efficient service.
    • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
    • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
    • Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials.
    • Monitor the dining area to ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

    • Qualifications


    • Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Friendly and professional demeanor.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Proficiency in reservation management software is a plus.
