Duties & Responsibilities
Duties

  • 1. Coordinating for all marketing activities Coordinating with store managers for upcoming offer excels, and instore design requirement Coordinating with vendors from the detailing of the task, confirming quotes, follow ups till the execution/deliveries (Neighbourhood, Gulf News, D Branding, D4d, Infuze, etc)
  • Handling Social media accounts for all Gate stores - planning posts, reels, videos, ads
  • Maintaining social media promotion budgets and prepare reports and expenses monthly for all branches
  • Planning, budgeting and running google banner ads, you tube ads, display ads and other
  • Planning, budgeting and running google banner ads, youtube ads, display ads and other
  • Attending customers queries, responding to communication, reviews and messages
  • Maintaining content calendar and planning concept for the marketing content like post, videos and ads
  • Handling all flyers works for all stores
- from quote, theme, designing, proofread, print and distribution


  • Managing influencer marketing -from selection, pricing and deliverables
  • Maintaining and upgrading of the official website along with timely offer posts and flyer updates
  • Looking for new potential collaboration and new potential idea of marketing
  • Assist and handle designs accordingly
  • Manage team and allocate tasks according to priorities and deadlines

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
