Description
Ensuring that all bar staff are following company policies regarding drink recipes, ingredients, and preparation methods

  • Training and supervising bar staff in order to ensure that they are knowledgeable about all aspects of serving liquor and cocktails
  • Maintaining inventory of alcoholic beverages and nonalcoholic mixers to ensure that all bar supplies are available when needed
  • Preparing and serving alcoholic drinks according to recipes and instructions provided by management
  • Ensuring that all glassware and bar equipment are clean and wellmaintained at all times
  • Handling customer complaints or concerns regarding service or drink quality in a courteous manner
  • Collecting payment for drinks at the time of service, or processing payment at the end of the shift if using a cash register system
  • Serving nonalcoholic beverages such as juices, soft drinks, and bottled water
  • Managing the bar's inventory by ordering liquor, beer, and other beverages directly from suppliers
  • Creates drink and food menus.
  • Determines employees' schedules.
  • Ensures bar is wellstocked and clean.
  • Tracks customer behavior and sales
  • Maintains budget and monitors costs.
  • Maintains drink recipe documentation.
  • Oversees planning for special events.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
