- Functional and technical business analysis experience (Minimum 3 years+) working at a Tier 1 investment bank
- Previous experience of working within Agile team, and driving testing management and test automation lifecycle
- Proven, significant and demonstrable experience of analysing and documenting business requirements for global applications
- Practical experience in functional analysis and design, utilising different methodologies i.e. Use Cases, Business Process Modelling within an Agile Project environment
- Comfortable operating in an "agile" development team, self-starting, motivated, good deadline management and communication for delays, slippages.
- Proven, significant and demonstrable experience of following a structured approach to analysis, including the preparation of all related artefacts (e.g. functional system specifications etc.)
- Project management, change management and time management skills; excellent knowledge of project life cycle;
- Experience with application management and support processes
- Previous experience usage of Oracle, Linux scripting, Git, Jenkins, GENEOS, Control-M, etc.
- Experience in automating the continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Good knowledge of the project lifecycle and application development process including best practice methodologies
- Develop logical and innovative solutions to complex problems, able to handle crisis situations without any slippage on timely communication.
