    Job Purpose: Join Emiratesdynamic HR team in Dubai As a Digital Recruitment Specialist yourrole will involve leading projects focused on automation andinnovative process improvement within Talent Acquisition(recruitment & onboarding). Your primary goal will be tostreamline operations boost efficiencies and elevate the overallpeople experience.

    You will closely collaboratewith the Recruitment & Onboarding Team of the EmiratesGroup to identify and propose new initiatives aligning with thedepartments digital talent acquisition strategy leveraging proventactics and strategies in global marketplaces.

    This role is a 2year fixedterm contract opportunity.

    In this role you will:

    • Lead and implement creative Talent Acquisition strategiesand initiatives including but not limited to recruitment marketingvideo engagement career webinars gamification competitororganizational chart mapping social media utilization talentcommunities interviewing and talent mapping.
    • Train Recruiters in conducting and presenting marketresearch on candidate data including skill sets demographics hiringtrends talent supply and demand reports and identifying top targetcompanies competitors or talent pools.
    • Evaluate the costs and the benefits to fully assess thepotential value of each initiative to support the global talentacquisition strategy.
    • Drive activitiesrelated to pipelining for specific projects and campaigns acrossdifferent business areas and geographies targeting both active andpassive talent.
    • Produce reports to monitoronline traffic flows candidate application trends role specificdemographic data and external website costbenefit analysis.
    • Act as a Consultant to relevant departmentsin HR supporting all digital Recruitment & Onboardingprocesses to ensure new and effective enhancements are developed.
    • Conduct datadriven evaluations of completedprojects analysing key metrics and outcomes to assess theeffectiveness of talent acquisition initiatives. Regularly reviewand report on the results providing insights for continuousimprovement and informed decisionmaking.
    • Actas the key contact point and custodian responsible for the updatingof content on the recruitment digital channels

    Qualifications & Experience: To beconsidered for this role you must meet the belowrequirements:

    • 5 years experience in Recruitment or relevantfield
    • Demonstrated history and expertise inspearheading global talent acquisition initiatives and programs ona large scale
    • Strong background inrecruitment; experience in talent intelligence is an advantage.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizingdatadriven approaches within the process with a proven ability toleverage analytics metrics and insights to optimize talentacquisition strategies and decisionmaking.
    • Substantial experience in effectively managing andinfluencing senior stakeholders. Proven ability to navigate andcollaborate with highlevel executives to align talent acquisitioninitiatives with organizational objectives.
    • Preferred experience in developing and implementingeffective communication strategies with employees andcandidates.
