If you are an experienced supply chain professional and customer obsessed - you might be a good fit to join Tradeling Supply chain team.

This role is based in UAE and will be reporting to Head of Supply Chain.


Responsibilities:


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the endtoend order fulfillment process of retail and marketplace develop key metrics to measure the success of delivery experience and optimize the returns or exceptions from the customers.
  • Setup the process of weekly and monthly delivery experience metrics monitoring involving all the key stakeholders (Finance, Operations and Business teams)
  • Work jointly with FC, Logistics, and category team to build the key dependency metrics and setup monthly review mechanism.
  • Work with FC/Logistics operations team to provide required inputs on the order fulfillment of retail and marketplace.
  • Work closely with finance on the monthly reconciliation process
  • Come up with initiatives or projects which will improve customer experience and speed of delivery.
  • Be part of marketplace growth initiative and work with different teams to enhance our customer experience in buying our marketplace selection.

Requirements and Qualifications:


Requirements:

years of experience in Supply Chain/Operations management teams

  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Must be detailoriented with a demonstrated ability to selfmotivate and follow through on issues.
  • Must have ability to work in cross functional, cross geographical teams and drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel and basic programming skills.
