OBJECTIVE


To provide the highest level of administrative and executive support to Director/Management in order to ensure the smooth running of the company.

Executive Secretary: 5 years (required)

  • Native Level Fluency in English (required)

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the diary/calendar of the Director and prepare/coordinate his schedule and make the necessary arrangements.
  • The primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, acquaintances and business partners
  • Handle/relay all correspondence in the absence of the Director.
  • Arrange meetings and functions as required, ensuring the costeffectiveness of suppliers.
  • Compile data and prepare papers for consideration at meetings.
  • Attend meetings and compile, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Arrange internal and external communication to ensure all necessary parties are fully informed.
Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential company documents and personal records.

  • Differentiate the company's services by providing abovestandard customer services at all levels.
  • Represent the company externally and internally in the best interests of the company.

  • Exceptional secretarial/administration skills
  • Excellent PC skills using MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Resourceful and proactive professional
  • Time Management and Critical thinking skills
  • Nativelevel Proficiency in English

Experience:

Minimum of five years' experience as Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant preferably in a multinational company environment.

Exceptional IT skills especially in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint and also possess second-to-none communications skills.


Qualification:


  • Degree in any business management/Human Recourses or related field or equivalent industry experience

  • Personal Assistant/ EA: 5years (required)

Language:


  • Native Level Fluency in English (required)
