• Work with the Category Managers onmaintaining the selection strategy in alignment with the overalldepartment & business strategy andrequirements..
• Work with the Category Managersto identify the selection which need to be sourced within theprivate label project across thecategories..
• Identify and sourcing key consumertrends in online grocery /Q-commercebusiness.
• Source & negotiate therequired selection with the s, quality and minimum MOQ that meetsthe business objectives, and ensure a competitive commercial termswith the suppliers.
• Collaborate with themerchandising team to ensure the success of the launchedcampaigns.
• Collaborate with the supply chainteam to ensure the stock availability and smooth onboarding of thenew added items.
• Collaborate with the pricingteam in sourcing competitive prices to maintain the categoryprofitability.
• Work closely with the supplierand maintain the relationship with them through business reviewsand growth planning.
• Work with the categoryassistant to ensure the hygiene of the item's content andmaintain the right visibility on theApp.
