    Description
    Job Description:

    • Ensure safe working and follow local guidelines.
    • Assign & Co-ordinate the WO ́s (assure preparations are done before starting, dialog with customer along the way...).
    • Install & configure EcoStruxure IT software's PCNS, Netbotz, EcoStruxure IT Advisor (Base, Capacity, Change), EcoStruxure IT Optimize, EcoStruxure DCE, EcoStruxure IT Expert, Cooling (Vigilant), in remote & on-site as requested.
    • Configuration support in Schneider Network Management Cards.
    • Work closely with regional Delivery Manager/Project Manager.
    • Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting of EcoStruxure IT Software and basic network protocols like SNMP, Modbus RTU & Modbus TCP.
    • Develop and enhance project documentation work to enrich customer's experience.
    • Support & utilize cross-border collaboration to maximize customer satisfaction.
    • Articulate to an internal and client project team the necessary steps/pre-requisite required to complete a statement of work.
    • Building out and documenting project tasks in Project documentation.
    • Ability to identify DCIM problem statement(s), solution proposal, and scope of work with a defined project plan.
    • Time estimation for nonstandard work.
    • Participate in the technical review process for product enhancements.
    • Perform post configuration review and Deliver Admin training to partners and end users.
    • Liaise with EcoSTruxure IT Global Product Managers or Advanced Custom Solutions team to provide feedback from customer requirements and improvements.
    • Lead generation in services and licenses.
    • Colloborate with regional sales and provide possible solution around customer needs and deliver services.
    • Basic Linux Administration – configure IP address, DNS/hostname resolution, stop/start/enable services.
    • Hyperconverged Infrastructure solutions – Dell VxRail, Nutanix AHV and ESXi, HPE SimpliVity, Cisco HyperFlex.
    • Basic familiarity with PKI and SSL certificates.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Associates/Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years' experience providing DCIM customer support for complex technical solutions in a Data Centre environment.
  • Experience in Customer-facing, project management, analysis, troubleshooting technical skills, onsite service support.
  • Demonstrated basic technical knowledge of:
    • Data centre IT components and interconnections (servers, Blades/Blade Chassis, network switches, RACK PDUs, etc.).
    • Data centre networks and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, SNMP, Modbus).
    • Structured cabling components and concepts (patch panels, fibre, copper).
    • Data centre facilities components (UPS, PDUs, single and 3 Phase Power, CCU).
    • VMware vSphere ESX/ESXi VM configuration.
    • PCNS configuration.
    • Accountability and the ability to adapt/multi-task/manage changing priorities.
    • Ability to work flexible hours with travel up to 50% required, within Gulf cluster and some globally.
    • Data centre surveys and audits.
    • Ambitious, Self-motivated, ability to learn and apply new skills quickly.
    • Good English oral & written communication and interpersonal skills required.
    • Working experience in Salesforce and WO management.
    • Certification in Schneider DCIM software's is added advantage.
    • Working Experience in customer facing profession would be added advantage.
    • Certification in networks & routing concepts would be an advantage but not mandatory.
    • VMware Certified Professional or equivalent
    • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate – Certifications (or equivalent).
    • Nutanix Certified Professional or equivalent.
