Description

A Retail Leasing Executive is responsible for right tenancy mix, securing new leases and renewals for retail properties, such as shopping centres and malls.

Role Involve identifying and contacting potential tenants, negotiating lease terms, and coordinating the leasing process from start to finish.


He will also be responsible for managing the relationship with existing tenants, addressing any concerns or issues that arise, and working to maintain high occupancy levels in the properties they manage.


Salary:
AED6, AED8,500.00 per month


Experience:

- retail leasing: 4 years (required)
