    Description
    • Supports all aspects of thedevelopment and implementation of assigned projects and provides asingle point of contact for thoseprojects
    • Oversee and support the management ofall operational aspects of ongoing projects, and serve as liaisonbetween project technical support and planning, project team, andline management, and the Military/Government customerlead
    • Responsible for financial analysis supportbased on the direction of the Program Business Manager such as:monitor project financial trends (spend plans, burn rates),provides what-if financial scenarios, prepares financial datareports, supports invoice reviews to include client requests forinformation and approvals
    • Responsible for allProject Management Tasks based on the direction of the TechnicalLead to include: project schedule, deliverable tracking,monitoring/manage project deliverables uploads to the share portal,Monthly Technical Status Meeting slide preparations andpresentation
    • Responsible for travel management;drafts/submits Travel Authorization Requests (TARS) into theworkflow for approval; drafts/submits expense reports for the teamto support timely invoicing activities
    • Managesall subcontractor statements of work and work performance bysuppliers, Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks andreviews vendor deliverables
    • Provide datamanagement and Quality Assurance (QA) across multiple projects andinformation systems to meet both Knowledge Management (KM) andRecords Management surety requirements to client facingenterprise.
    • Develop mechanisms for monitoringproject progress, and for intervention and problem solving withprogram manager and clients
    • Provide periodicand ad hoc status reports focused on progress, newly identifiedissues, closed issues, and challenges

    Qualifications

    BasicQualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree and 5-7years of project management and financial analysis experience or acombined total of a minimum of 9 years between education andrelevant experience. Additional experience may be considered inlieu of education requirements
    • Relevant andcurrent experience with DoD project management with any of theCombatant Commands for a minimum of 5years
    • Must have the ability to identifypersonnel and mission issues early, develop mitigation plans andcommunicate potential impacts and alternate course of actionimpacts to the customer.
    • Experience with havingworked within a multiple customer reportingenvironment
    • Knowledge of contract accounting,GAAP, FAR and JTR
    • Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice /Office 365 (specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) andEXTENSIVE knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (advanced pivot tableuse, cause and effect relationship modeling,etc).
    • Proficiency in SharePointplatforms
