Ensure all enquiries from Customers, Network and Internal stakeholders are acknowledged and answered with the best in class rates and solutions within the required KPI's and timelines.

Possessing high level of data analytical skills to analyze own and department performance metrics, identify trends, patters and synthesize information objectively from the pricing dashboard to reach tangible goals or outcomes that improve the quality of bid submissionsUtilizing Continuous Improvement methodologies by deploying structured process reviews, recognizing weaknesses and opportunities in the procurement and pricing processStrive towards a zero error, improve on an all-encompassing, comprehensive, standardized Handover process of quotations/files to respective Operations & Bid management team in place for all business awards.

Job Requirements:
Basic knowledge of process engineering, operations of contract logistics.
Good understanding and network of contract logistics market in UAE.Financial understanding of business.
