Description

knowledge and proven experience to perform a wide range of duties and to substitute for any lack or necessity in project team members such as Planning and Scheduling, Technical Shop drawings and Submittals, Quantity surveying, Quality Site Inspections, Offers comparison and evaluation.

1- Collaborate with the project team, Engineers & Architects, to determine the specifications of the project.

2- Negotiate contracts with Suppliers & Subcontractors to reach profitable agreements

3- Monitor and supervise the project execution process on site to ensure completion of the project within specified time frames, in an organized and cost-effective manner, in accordance with the approved design and quality standards.

4- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.

5- Determinate needed resources (Manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

6- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met acquire equipment and materials and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.

7- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

8- Coordinate with client and consultant.

9- Preparing Correspondence Checking Financial Claims for E.O.T& Cost impact according to contract conditions /FIDIC

10- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

11- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

12- Ensure resource availability and allocation

13- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

14- Report and escalate to management as needed

15- Reviewed drawings for correctness and clarity of information and take necessary action to ensure sufficient information is available.

16- Responsible for maintaining and recording at all time site management information system and preformed, recording daily site activities and any circumstances that have adverse effects on the Project.

17- Inspected work done, samples, materials, workmanship and ensured compliance with project documents.

18- Day-to-day supervision of the site, including supervising and monitoring the progress and manpower

19- Skills to handle the AutoCad, primavera, Xcell and word with professional letter drafting knowledge.

20- Basic knowledge about AutoCAD, primavera, and ability to handle the accounts without failure.


Salary:
AED8, AED12,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
