Description

Organize and conduct Interviews with stakeholders globally, gather requirements across all departments/ functions

Develop a deep understanding of requirements by collecting data and delivering analysis to develop and implement solutions

Identify low hanging fruits within all processes, suggest improvements, implement changes with sign off from all stakeholders.

Design, Develop and maintain Standard operating procedure documentations in accordance to according to firm standards, best practices followed in the market.

Carry out detailed investigation and specification of business requirements

Provide considerations for improving processes and systems, reduce costs and enhance sustainability

Carry out analysis of stakeholder user experience needs and definition of required system behaviour and performance

Manage the execution of business process improvements and Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Develop Automation tools using excel programming skills and techniques

Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports

Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to
