Roles & Responsibilities
- Should be able to handle running day to day activities smoothly.
- Overseeing general office operation.
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
- Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations.
- Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel) organizational and leadership skills. - Carrying out background research and presenting findings
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
