Description

We are looking for a creative, energetic, enthusiastic Web Designer/ Digital Design Specialist with experience in website design & development, social media campaigns, SEO, multimedia / AV production & editing for digital platforms etc.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Creating, maintaining and updating company websites.
Working actively to keep the companies in # 1 rankings on all digital platforms
Increasing Brand awareness
Create & Update all social media and digital platform accounts on regular basis.
Support and manage SEO to ensure we continuously improve our search engine rankings.
Design and create A/V ads for digital platforms
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
Identify trends and insights, perform tests, collect and analyze data and results to accomplish maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
Analyze website analytics, PPC initiatives and campaigns effectively.
Optimize landing pages for search engine advertising by conducting keyword discovery and other optimization tasks.
Research and execute search engine optimization suggestions.
Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
Write effective SEO friendly content for blogs, journals, websites and social media accounts.

Qualifications:

12 years of experience in professional digital marketing at an agency or company.
A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, or a relevant field.
Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter on a professional level.
Support and manage SEO to ensure we continuously improve our search engine rankings.
Must have skills audio / video presentations for social media platforms
Experience in creating digital and print marketing collaterals
The ability to create and maintain company website
The ability to monitor social media channels, engage with audiences, and create content for various social media platforms at an agency or brand.
Possesses strong attention to detail and time management skills, and an ability to balance the priorities and needs of multiple timesensitive projects, along with the ability to proof all deliverables.
Proficiency with Adobe package and InDesign is strongly preferred.
Strong research skills to keep up with industry trends and provide strategic recommendations.
In depth knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro, Dreamviewer, HTML /CSS /Javascript / jQuery, JavaSCRIPT, CSSPreprocessing, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, and related design softwares.
