    Description
    Our client, a leading player in the oil and gas industry, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team in Dubai. You will be responsible for leading the HR function reporting functionally to the HR Director and locally to the Executive Directors, you will play a key role in developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values globally as well as overseeing and operationally responsible for the Talent Acquisition.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives
    • Talent Acquisition - creating writing job descriptions, networking, sourcing and screening candidates, creating talent pools, participating in interviews, issuing offers/ negotiation and sourcing/ managing external recruitment agencies.
    • Provide strategic HR guidance to executive leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development
    • Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring a diverse, high-performing, and skilled workforce
    • Create and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention
    • Establish performance management systems that drive accountability, continuous feedback, and excellence
    • Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies
    • Collaborate with managers to identify and address training needs and career development opportunities for employees
    • Handle employee relations matters and proactively address any potential issues

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
    • Strong and previous experience in Talent Acquisition within the Oil and Gas sector in the region.
    • Proven experience as an HR or Talent Acquisition Manager within the oil and gas industry within the MENA region.
    • Thorough understanding of HR principles, policies, and best practices
    • Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the oil and gas industry
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
    • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, CIPD) are a plus
