    Business Development Position for Property Management Services

    We are seeking a skilled business development professional to join our team at the real estate agency.

    This is a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the property management sector, while developing strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the property management sector for the real estate agency.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate investors.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
    • Collaborate with the Facility/Property management team to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and enhance property value.
    • Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
    • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the agency and clients.
    • Stay informed about industry regulations, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
    • Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective strategies for promoting property management services.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new property management clients.
    • Track and report on key performance indicators, regularly updating management on business development progress.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
    • Strong understanding of Facility/Property management principles, market dynamics, and industry trends.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
    • Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of Facility/Property management.
