Description

• Concept and design print, video, and digital creative; render masterful typography, and provide photo and motion graphics
• Collaborate with teams of executives, strategists, and account leads to create content for client meetings and new business pitches
• Work in the fastpaced space of new business where thinkingonyourfeet and ownership of the work is critical
• Help develop and design agency brand standards and agency creative communications from websites and intranets to social platforms and more
• Be a source of inspiration, positivity and creativity to others
• Contributing in brainstorms and concept ideation for campaigns and production jobs
• Design presentation decks for client meetings, new business pitch decks, white papers, fact sheets, brochures and other documents
• Creation and rollout of high quality design work, ranging from print to digital to motion graphics, with the focus being on strong design work and fulfilling briefs accurately and on time.
• Work in a team with other creatives and client service staff
• Creating graphics, animations, and special effects, as well as editing photos, audio, and video using Adobe Creative Suite
• Using active listening skills and constructive criticism to finetune their work
