    JobSummary:

    Handling customer orderprocessing with regular followup with Manufacturing support inlogistics and inventory management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The position directly reports to the Supply Chain Managerwithin NOV WSS Dubai.

    The OperationsCoordinator must maintain a sound working relationship with othermanagers within the organisation.

    • Ensure highest standards of HSE.
    • Fully accountable for Solids Control & WasteManagement P&L account throughout the region.
    • Ensure service quality is continually enhanced. Developand motivate staff to ensure consistently high standards ofperformance and effectiveness.
    • Responsiblefor the quotation of all Spares & Equipments as required bythe customer and will utilise your collaboration skills in liaisonwith peers and key stakeholders to solve problems improvingperformance to achieve business targets and customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to drive continual improvementprocesses working with various disciplines ensuring a smooth andtimely transition from customer order to customer delivery.

    Responsible for:

    • Provision of quotations in a timely manner toour clients.
    • Supply supportive information tocustomer enquiries.
    • Following up quotationssubmitted on a regular basis.
    • Assist ifrequired with expediting overdue orders.
    • Overview customer orders and report any delays toSupervisor.
    • Processing customer orders intoour system in a proactive manner to maintain output and performanceindicator spread sheets.
    • Proactively workwith purchasing to assist with the review of stock levels.
    • Notify our clients of any delays in acourteous manner.
    • Maintain and update ERPSystems.
    • Actively promote HSE.
    • Support adequately the whole region.
    • Manage the implementation of company policies regardingcompliance timekeeping holiday planning performance reviews anddisciplinary procedures.
    • Promotion andimplementation of training at all levels of our organization.
    • Support in logistics requirements
    • Handle Asset Management (TAT) in ERP system
    • To engage in any other activity within his / hercapability as requested by line management.

    BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

    • Experience of offshoreand onshore drilling operations activities equipment and use ofsame.
    • Understanding of all NOV WSS productsand services and how they can be best utilised.
    • Experience on Managing operations of similar size andenvironments.
    • Knowledge of the regions andlocal cultures of all operations within MEA.
    • Full understanding of NOV policiesand adhere to them at all times.
    • Competent inthe following:
      • Motivation skills.
      • Negotiation skills.
      • Presentationskills.
      • Report writing.
      • Compilation and concise accurate technical and commercialproposals.
      • Excellent communication skills.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    Essential

    • Minimum two yearsexperience in similar job of customer order processing andlogistics
    • Minimum Graduate Qualification
    • Microsoft Office Good knowledge
    • High level English profeciency verbal and written
    • Experience in ERP Packager

    Desirable

    • Minumum three to Four years experience
    • JDE Experience
