Description

• Perform indepth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data and communicate insights effectively.
• Utilize Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis tasks, including data cleaning and statistical analysis.
• Manipulate and analyze large datasets in Excel, including the use of advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
• Conduct research and stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data analytics, blockchain, and related fields.
• Assist in the development and implementation of datadriven strategies to optimize business processes and performance.
• Provide adhoc analysis and support to stakeholders across the organization as needed.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing quality control measures and validating results.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong programming skills in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Detailoriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
