• Identifying business requirements.
• Responsible for ERP implementation and technical support in accordance with clients' interests and business requirements.
• Instructs and train users on the use of ERP solutions.
• Maintain regular contact with clients.
• Deliver training to newly hired staff.
• Receiving calls or meeting with system users to understand their problems.
• Software stress testing.
• Providing objective feedback to software developers.
• Install the new update for the customers.

• Must have 23 years' experience in the same field in the Gulf region.
• Must have a driving license in gulf countries.
• Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting or Management Information System.
• Good command of English and Arabic languages.
• Possess an understanding of IT solutions and services.
• Proven, demonstrable presentation and communication skills.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
• Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients.
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule.
• Have a basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
