GAC Corporate Academy, operating since February 2007 as a semi-autonomous business unit within GAC Corporate Headquarters in Dubai, UAE, is on the lookout for a passionate
LMS Administrator.

System setup & maintenance: Ensure our Learning Management System (LMS) operates seamlessly, providing a reliable platform for our learners.
LMS Management: Managing user accounts, enrolling learners in courses, tracking course completions and generating reports on learning activities.
User support & training: Provide support to users including instructors, learners, and other administrators by answering questions, resolving technical issues and providing training on how to use the LMS effectively. This may involve creating user guides, tutorials or conducting training sessions.
Content management & development: Upload, organize and update courses, modules and learning materials. Assist in curating and developing engaging learning materials to enrich our training programmes.
Data management & reporting: Collect and analyze data related to user activities, course completions and other relevant metrics using the system's reporting tools. Generate reports to track learning progress, evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make datadriven decisions to improve learning outcomes.
Security & compliance: Safeguard our learning ecosystem and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Continuous improvement: Embrace a culture of innovation and growth, constantly seeking ways to enhance our learning strategy.
Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT or creative computing, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Education or Business
12 years of experience managing a Learning Management System, preferably Moodle/Moodle Workplace or a similar platform.
Selfmotivation and a creative mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a teamoriented environment.
