    JOB PURPOSE:
    Coordinate all Facilities Management related requirements with the Facilities Maintenance Team, Businesses, Vendors and all other concerned departments and to assist the Facilities Manager in all administrative tasksDescription
    • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties, Businesses, Procurement Department and Service Providers with regards to all required aspects of Facilities Management
    • Maintain Complaints Register & follow up on maintenance complaints, forwarding it to the concerned person and ensure the job is complete to the end users satisfaction.
    • Maintain & update Vendors Registersآ for Automotive Facilities on a regular basis
    • Assist Facilities Manager and the Team to develop strategic management plans including preparing of detailed Opex and Capex budgets.
    • Maintain details of Material & Service codes for spares and consumables
    • Record all financial transactions including Purchase Orders to monitor Expenses vs Budget
    • Assist the Facilities Manager to implement and manage FM service level agreements and FM service contracts for the portfolio.

    Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

    • Degree of Arts or Science

    Minimum Experience:

    • Minimum 5 to 7 years work experience
    • Experience in an admin role preferred
    • UAE/GCC experience preferred, not essentialJob-Specific Skills:
    • Good knowledge of MS Office applicationsآ
    • Time management
