    My client is looking for a Business Development Specialist to be based here in Dubai.

    The Business Development Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the growth of their agency by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

    This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the advertising industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of creating and implementing effective business development strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights.
    • Analyze market data to develop targeted strategies for business expansion.

    Lead Generation:

    • Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including industry events, networking, online platforms, and market intelligence.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

    Proposal Development:

    • Work closely with the creative and account management teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
    • Customize pitch materials to address the unique needs and objectives of each client.

    Sales Strategy and Forecasting:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.

    Networking:

    • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to establish and strengthen the company's presence.
    • Identify partnership opportunities that align with the agency's goals.
