Charterhouse is working with a prestigious Luxury Beauty and Fragrance Brand, who is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Store Manager for their flagship boutique in Dubai, UAE.

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to become a part of a globally recognized luxury brand and to be a part of their successful growth and expansion plans in the UAE region.

You will be responsible for the management and operations of the boutique, as well as the business development and building luxury store experiences with the clientele.

You must be an experienced leader, who can develop and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results and exceed their targets.

You will recruit, train and motivate new team members and will ensure they have an excellent product knowledge at all times.

You will oversee the visual merchandising standards of the store and ensure the optimization of the stock level usage.
